The hotel is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the Spreewald. Distances to the main tourist areas was within easy reach. The hotel offers a very good breakfast and the friendly staff make sure everything is available til the end.

Beautiful quiet place in middle of Spreewald nature - lots of culture, cycling, and boating on the canals. The property is next to the water and their food is excellent, especially the vegetarian options. Highly recommended!

Featuring free use of the indoor pool and sauna facilities, this former 13th-century palace stands in a large park in the peaceful village of Fürstlich Drehna, set in the Spreewald Forest. Very nice place. The castle looks amazing. The service was great. The surroundings are beautiful. Definitely worth a visit.

This hotel enjoys a tranquil and idyllic setting in the popular Spreewald area. Spreewaldhotel Stephanshof lies directly on a tributary of the River Spree, and on designated hiking trails. Very clean and quiet accommodation on the canal, within walking distance of the town. Breakfast was buffet style and there were many options. The restaurant served dinner which was very good and plentiful portions, prices were similar to other places in Lubben. There was a balcony at the room for sitting outside and a mini-bar so one could enjoy a drink, reasonably priced as well. Parking was free and next to or in front of the property. Kayak rentals were also available right from the property as were boat rides for those who didn't wish to paddle.
