Newly opened in 2017, this 4-star boutique hotel is quietly and centrally located in the historic Old Town of Lübbenau, just a 3-minute walk from the harbour. This hotel was absolutely fabulous. Very tastefully and wittily decorated. Super clean. Great breakfast. A big thank you to the receptionist Nikita who was very helpful and efficient.

We arrived at Kauperhof on a snowy day and it looked just beautiful. We were welcomed into the house and we even got a little welcome snack board with local delicacies, a very thoughtful gesture! As we went in December, a few bits of Christmas decorations were dotted around the main living space, which we really liked. The house is spacious and offers a lot of space to spend quality time with the family. The sauna was perfect and one of the reasons we went (pool was closed for obvious reasons). We didn't want to go to a busy spa hotel during a pandemic, but the sauna was used by one family at a time and disinfecting/cleaning products were available to clean before/after you have used the sauna to make us feel more safe. The breakfast (Broetchen) service was handy to as we didn't have to find a nearby bakery (also think it would have been quite a journey to find one that's open). The bedrooms all have proper shutters, so no light would get through (especially handy in summer) and beds very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped (plenty of glasses, cutlery, plates) and we appreciated that washing up liquid, sponge and dishwasher tabs were available. If you already bring food for breakfast etc. it makes a big difference. Overall, I would definitely go again.

The hotel is in a quiet area on the outskirts of the Spreewald. Distances to the main tourist areas was within easy reach. The hotel offers a very good breakfast and the friendly staff make sure everything is available til the end.

Close to the train Lübben banhof station easy walk, The room was huge! And bathroom was great. Makes me want to renovate mine when we get home. Our Hosts were very welcoming too. I think the best part is the large yard that has a hand full of chairs on well kept green grass. It was awesome to be able to take our shoes off and earth out for a couple of hours. I recommend this place so much!

This modern 4-star hotel is located directly on the River Spree in Lübben. Hotel Strandhaus offers elegant, spacious rooms and suites with luxury beds, a flat-screen TV, minibar and oak parquet... The staff were amazing! Everything was perfect.

Quietly located in the Lahde district Lehde of Lübbenau, Hotelanlage Starick offers a garden and a terrace. The hotel is directly by a canal and there is free WiFi access available. In the most incredible location…the village of Lehde in Spreewald…utter tranquility, clean, comfortable (!!) beds, pillows & room, such a nice staff, especially Maria at the reception desk! Excellent breakfast, nice that we could rent bicycles at the hotel. We loved it and hope to return.

This is a very posh place, very well renovated, everything well thought out. Great resturant, remember to book it at reception as its booked out quickly.
