The shared kitchen offers all amenities, including an ice maker and a pizza oven. Very friendly reception by staff, property is extremely well kept and seems to be freshly renovated. We should have stayed longer than just one night. Spacious and sunny terrace, very cosy living/dining room with extensive choice of board games. We were here in early summer but I imagine the big fireplace must be cosy as well in cooler evenings, also in view of the well assorted bar. Breakfast excellent even by the high Czech standards.

Great location, far away from the turistic parts of Sumava Great place for hiking - you can walk the whole day without meeting another soul The guy in the kitchen is priceless!!! Love his cooking.

Located on the Route 22, 3 km from the historical centre of Klatovy, Steak Restaurant Penzion Country Saloon offers accommodation and a restaurant, both designed in country-style. Private parking is available for free. An amazing facility with bar, restaurant, and accommodation available, with a great atmosphere, it rocks in a Saturday evening with a band in house, the staff are good, food and drink likewise. You can do a picturesque circular walk, around the surrounding areas and villages back to the Country Saloon Penzion. A short taxi to the train station cost me 150 Czech crowns.
