The staff people went out of their way to take care of us, for example, they got us reservations in the restaurant even though the kitchen was closing. One gentleman, Milos, was extremely helpful and patient with us while we constructed our itinerary and looked for a hotel for the next leg of our trip at the last minute. He was perhaps the most gracious and accommodating front desk professional at a hotel I’ve ever encountered.
