The staff is more than super friendly ❤️ We had warm welcome and so did our dog who got a package of treats! Thanks again for that, she loves them all ;) The apartment was very comfortable with a balcony and every room had a view on the mountains. We surely be back!

Hotel Stoffel - adults only is located the upper part of Arosa, just a 1-minute walk from the closest ski slopes of the Arosa/Lenzerheide Ski Area and 30 km from Chur. Staff incredible. Location superb (can go hiking from here much easier than from the town). Breakfast awesome. Don't be turned off by the fact that it's far from the town; you just hop on a 10 min bus to and from the city center and train station. This is one of the few hotels in Switzerland where I'd be totally cool staying here again if I came for a 2nd time (even if I forgoed the opportunity to stay at another place). It is so much worth it being in a quiet hotel high up in the mountains far from the city than to be in the hustling/bustling city. I also got an absolute steal of a deal with the price (was probably half off b/c it was a weekday in September; lots more expensive in winter).

We were kindly upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake. it was spectacular. everything at badrutts palace exceeded our expectations. for example, the service at breakfast was exceptional- very attentive and food was excellent; concerige was very helpful work hiking trails to do and he organised complimentary rides to and from hiking spots; we were able to use complimentary electric bikes; the housekeeping service was exceptional- clothes were folded up, and very fast and efficient. Brilliant hospitality. we will definitely be back.
