Featuring free WiFi and a restaurant, Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel is located in Basel, 200 metres from Kunstmuseum Basel. Everything about the Hotel Accommodation, 10/10 room, bed, sheets & pillows made for a great night sleep, location, breakfast was fantastic & especially the staff accommodated all our needs. We appreciated the time taken to make our stay wonderful, as we were international family we felt safe at all times. We all participated in the River Rhine swim, staff provided extra bags to do so, with the fast currents which was a highlight of our stay. Thankyou!

Hotel Spalentor is located opposite the Botanic Gardens, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town of Basel and the University, and offers free bicycles, free WiFi, a fitness area and a quiet garden with a... Very nice hotel close to the center, big room, clean, comfortable. We got free public transportation and 50% price reduction for all museums, which was great. Parking in a garage 17.5 euros/night.

Situated in the centre of Basel's Old Town, on the banks of the Rhine, Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois is one of Europe’s oldest city hotels, where such personalities as Napoleon, Elizabeth II, Pablo... That was really amazing stay in a truly magnicient, exceptional hotel. This is definitely in my TOP 5 list of 5 star hotels and I wish to be back as soon as possible. From the first minute there I felt welcome. At the breakfast you get the Micheline-type attention and service.

Motel One Basel is located in Basel, 100 metres from the Architectural Museum. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and benefit from free WiFi access. Perfect location, right in the city centre. The staff was very kind. We arrived earlier around lunchtime and we could check in earlier as well. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Newly built in 2014, The Passage in Basel is a centrally located design hotel featuring a sauna, a fitness centre, free WiFi access and air-conditioned rooms. The location close to the Old city was great. Also had a nearby bus to the main train station. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, and on checkin they changed our room so we could get straight in at 11am. The room was spacious and very clean. It was also very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample storage space. The fridge was convenient. The bathroom was just fabulous. The walk-in shower was enormous, with a rain shower and lots of hot water. Range of toiletries supplied also. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend this hotel.

The Wettstein hotel is located in a central residential quarter of Basel, 200 metres from the Rhine river, and offers you garage parking, free Wi-Fi and a free internet station. Location, cleanliness, staff. Bathroom was good size, room was a little small but tv was big and staff were easy to talk to

The location is unbeatable - central Basel. Everything is close. The room was spotlessly clean. The wifi was free and fast. The bed linen from famous Swiss producer Schlossberg was luxurious and soft. The towels also pure Schlossberg quality. The bed was super comfortable. Two types of pillows available: feather and foam. The foam one was a dream. Perfect pillow. The air condition worked flawlessly. The bath tub and shower head the best ever. The body lotion is wonderful. The trash in bathroom is huge & exactly what I always miss. Bravo! Toilet, sink and taps in old fashioned, castle style - pure luxury. Everything was amazing in this room. Super friendly staff at the hotel and reception. I loved it all! Tip: I've parked spontaneously at the nearby underground SBB park-house and it was a pure jackpot; they have extra large parking places. We paid 17 Swiss Francs for one night of parking. This was an amazing discovery, knowing how expensive public parking is Switzerland is.

The Central City Hotel Rochat is housed in a historic, listed building in the old town of Basel. Excellent room, front desk personnel very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend Hotel Rochat to everyone!

The family-run GAIA Hotel Basel can be found right across from Basel Main Train Station, only a 10-minute walk from the historic city centre. The location the design the toilet in the lobby are beautiful functional rooms and most of all wonderful staff and friendly at breakfast (especially Alma). Also food was great !

The Merian Basel Hotel is situated right on the river Rhine, in the heart of Basel, offering you charming rooms. The location was the best. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and very relaxing. The breakfast was really good, including the special offer. All the ladies at the reception were ready to assist, and the staff in the breakfast room were extremely welcoming, making it a perfect start to the day. The biggest advantage of booking at this hotel is the option of traveling for free with public transport (including a bus to the airport) and getting half-price admission to many visiting sites.
