The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great. The location is beautiful, right on the lake of Robertville. We'll go back, for sure!

Denis and Laurence are always there to help; even if you didn't ask for it, they were ready to assist you in whatever possible way. Examples: they offered their garage to store our race bikes, they printed the the route for our trip, they told us what the hotspots were in the area, all proactively.

This renovated villa is set in a traditional Ardennes house, located 1 km from the center of Spa and 9 km from the Spa Francorchamps racetrack. It features a heated swimming pool and accommodation with kitchenettes and flat-screen TVs. Everything was absolutely perfect! It feels like home from minute 1, and the breakfast, rooms and spa are great. The staff is wonderful, they even went out of their way to find gluten free bread for me. We will be back!

Guests can relax with a drink in the lounge or on the outdoor terrace or, depending on the season, in the garden. The room was spacious, clean and had everything one could hope for. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful and was always there to greet us with a smile whenever we came down to the lobby/common areas. The whole place is beautifully furnished and decorated with a lot of attention to detail. The breakfast was very tasty and served in a nice atmosphere (in general the atmosphere in the common areas is very nice and welcoming).

Weather permitting, the terrace is a great place to sit out with a drink and enjoy the garden. Upon reservation and for an additional fee, you can enjoy the property's extended wellness facilities such as a sauna, various relaxing massages and delightful beauty treatments. This is the best place I have booked in recent years. Just amazing how beautiful and confortable it is - with attention to every detail, with all the love given to the house and to guests. It feels like at home, even better than that. Lots of space, beautiful garden, parking, close to the centrum and to the Thermes. A true rare exemplary to all other hotels and BnBs.
