The beds were comfortable, the bathroom amazing and clean and the staff were amazingly friendly. Breakfast was very nice. The location is literally 10 steps from the old town.

It was my 2nd stay at this hotel and I'm sure it's not the last. Room was very clean, location couldn't be better just few steps from the old town and public transportation. Food options for breakfast is great and overall staff is very welcoming.

Situated in the heart of Sarajevo, Residence Inn by Marriott Sarajevo is 900 metres from the the lively Baščaršija District and 750 metres from the Latin Bridge. Breakfast was tasty, room nice and big, staff very friendly, location central but it was quiet. All in all great.

Hotel Story is located in Sarajevo, 150 metres from the famous Baščaršija area. This hotel features spacious rooms, and a breakfast room. Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. The reception staff were polite, the rooms were spacious and clean. Every time we asked for a room cleaner, they would change the sheets and put clean, fresh sheets. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Everything was great

This is an amazing Hotel. Huge comfortable rooms with a very satisfactory breakfast with quality food not just pre-frozen food. All staff were friendly and happy. Walking distance from the train and bus station and to the Old Town. Shopping centre and restaurants close by. 100% recommend.
