This was a perfect experience and I can strongly recommend this place. It is a wonderful farm where you can rest and enjoy the nature, the family is extremely kind and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and clean. In the morning, you can enjoy wonderful breakfast, which for us was not just a snack to start the day, but an important part of the overall experience. The region itself is wonderful too and there are plenty of places to see and activities to do. It was the best holiday of our lives and we remember it with nostalgia almost every day.

Gästehaus auf der Kunstmeile erbjuder boende i Gamla stan i Stein, 300 meter från hamnen Donau, 200 meter från Kunsthalle Krems och museet Caricature samt 600 meter från Donau-universitetet. Nothing of the great character of the guesthouse has been lost with modernization. It is very comfortable. The manager complements a convenient location with excellent service and a great cooked breakfast 😀.

Winzerhof - Gästehaus Stöger ligger i Dürnstein i Wachaudalen, bara ett stenkast från floden Donau. Här erbjuds en trädgård, cykelförråd och cykeluthyrning. Wonderful breakfast, great location, 5 min walk downhill from Durnstein‘s main road. The room and en-suite bathroom was clean, there was a locked bike room.

Vingårdar och lokala vintavernor (Heurige) ligger inom 5 minuters promenad.... The guesthouse is a beautiful building with a lot of history and character. The location is perfect for exploring the Wachau valley and they even provide bikes for doing so. Silke is a wonderful host, she gave us some great recommendations for cycle pathways and short walks with stunning views. The breakfast provided is plentiful and really delicious, worth the extra cost. We really enjoyed some time in the garden trying some of Weingut Langmayer‘s wines, we even brought a couple of bottles back with us. I would thoroughly recommended this guesthouse, this was one of our most enjoyable holidays.

Haus Regina har ett lugnt läge vid kanten av en skog och bara 100 meter från basilikan Maria Taferl. I den stora trädgården finns en täckt utomhuspool. Boendet erbjuder gratis WiFi. Very helpful friendly hostess, spacious room, modern decorations and appointments, lots of storage, tables, chairs snd even a couch. Highly recommended.

Gästehaus Turm Wachau ligger i ett historiskt slottstorn, bara 2 minuters promenad från centrala Weißenkirchen i Wachau-dalen. Här erbjuds gratis Wi-Fi och en terrass med utsikt över Donau. the host was very nice, the bathrooms were very well equipped (deodorant, tampons, everything), the size of the room vas very pleasant, comfortable, breakfast was very luxurious

Frühstückspension Barbara ligger mitt i Pöchlarns centrum, 10 km från klostret Stift Melk och bara 50 meter från Donaus cykelväg. Här finns en trädgård och gratis Wi-Fi. The location ,,so quite .. Steven was so helpfull

Privatzimmer Langthaler ligger vid porten till Wachaudalen, 5 minuters bilresa från Melk Abbey. Här erbjuds tysta rum med kabel-TV och balkong med utsikt över trädgården. 100% fit the bill as a comfortable, rural guesthouse at a reasonable price. Hosts were kind, room was clean and inviting and breakfast was excellent. The guesthouse is run with love and care. We enjoyed making ourselves tea in the evenings and going on quiet countryside walks around the little village. 5 minute drive into Melk.

Hotel Schachner is located in the town of Maria Taferl, close to the basilica. It offers views of the Alps and the Danube River. Incredible views at the Spa. Beautiful location and throughly enjoyed it. Would highly recommend.
