Bath towels, bathing slippers and bathrobes are available at a surcharge. Our room was very big, with a lot of space and beautiful view. The kitchen had everything. Ski slopes are very near hotel, you do not have to carry skiis, you just have to go outside and you are on the slope. This hotel is very good for the family.

Friendly staff. No problems to stay with pets (we were travelling with a dog). Free parking area with plenty of space. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was nice. No need to look for alternatives. Very clean rooms with new furniture. A huge advantage for families with children: hotel has an own playground to keep your kids busy and excited, while you are waiting for your food in restaurant. Internet connection was stable and reasonably fast.

Everything is super clean, daily cleaning very good, the view is nice and we liked the small details such as chocolates, magazine, flowers etc. Fitness room is well equipted, but in wellness area it would be better if there were at least 1 or 2 private saunas. But there are a lot of them so there is a lot of choice! Breakfast is very good, lots of choices, even vegan & vegetarian options (much appreciated). Parking is spaceous and great. Staff is very nice! We really liked everyone in Austria generally, everyone is so nice, and so is the staff in this hotel. Thank you and we will be back to stay more than 2 nights for sure! Only 400 metres away from the centre of Kaprun, Pension Patricia was completely renovated in December 2016, offers free WiFi and free parking in a quiet location. It is only a 10-minute bus ride to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier and Zell am See ski areas. beautifully decorated with a cozy theme. very clean. loved the location. we had a view of the mountains. large bathroom. we will plan to come back and stay here again.
