I enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not have any unpleasant surprises when I got to the hotel - everything that was discussed when I booked the rooms was exactly as I found at the hotel. The lovely young lady from the reception was very clear about all the price matters and everything we needed to know and made sure we understood everything. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Especially the price was very good for the conditions they offered. Also, the breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, very big, and not expensive.

Very nice hotel and helpful staff, especially the lady at the front desk who spoke perfect English, all at a very reasonable price. I was back in Chernivtsi a week later, but couldn't stay because they were fully booked, which doesn't surprise me. Regardless, I'll try to stay here every time I'm in town, I really liked it.
