The place is clean and nice. The rooms are small, but if you book the place just for sleep purposes, it’s amazing.  Everything is clean. The stuff is super nice day always were there to help us. If it was with our transport questions we had we even didn’t feel good one day so they made us tea special for us and breakfast was delicious and there’s a lot of options.

前台大叔非常幽默~很乐意为我们解决问题~告诉你们一个秘密：退房后把行李寄存前台，然后预约好酒店的土耳其浴，免费！然后开开心心地去逛老城，到点就回来洗个土耳其浴（免费的要自己洗），洗完后拿好行李，坐trian去汽车站坐夜巴前往卡帕，非常完美！

The location was really good and the staff were amazingly nice and polite. Reception staff were really helpful and nice, and the food and beverage staff were beyond nice and helpful. I appreciate what they are doing every day to make the guests feel welcome and happy. Housekeepers were also great. The hotel was clean with a really good view. The pool was clean. The atmosphere of the hotel was good for families and young people. I can easily say that you have all the facilities you can have in a big resort in this hotel and the good side is the hotel is not far from the city center.

This hotel is an incredible place for family retreats. We stayed there for 2 days, and we loved the friendliness of the stuff, the clean facilities.

Akra has everything that I can ask, beach and pool bars has high quality signature cocktails and food. There are different pool options with amazing sea and mountain views. Property is surprisingly large for a hotel located in downtown.. Breakfast has at least 10 options for anything: maybe more than twenty different chesses that I counted.. My wife and I had a great time at Porto Bello Hotel. A great place to relax. The food was excellent, especially the dinner was very delicious. Thank you to the head chef of the hotel. The hotel staff were really diligent and kind. Special thanks to Ms. şerife from the reception desk.
