What can I say. This place was amazing. The room was lovely (we booked a pool access room for 10nights.) Equipped with everything. Gym was good, plenty of weights and a few machines. We could not fault the staff. They went out of their way, made you feel special. The lovely Matt at reception would greet us by our names every time. All reception staff were wonderful. Girls at breakfast were amazing. Thank you to Juice, Gai, Apple, Koi and Nim. We will miss you girls. Hopefully we will come back again. As we left everyone came out to wave us goodbye. Restaurants at the beach were not far from the resort. Beach was lovely. Could not fault this place. Highly recommend it

Would like to thank The Surin Team for having me. Marvellous beach, and I mean it. Great service, attention to details, like bringing me a birthday cake, excellent cleanliness, especially loved signature cookies before bedtime, every evening cookies were different that made me wait for them even more. I don’t know who are you cookie maestro, you’re great. Complimentary water in the hotel was also very helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of options. Accommodation was very comfortable - the bed, and the selection of pillows. On the first night when I arrived I could hear the neighbours, because I was put in a cottage adjacent to another, made a call and was moved in no time to another individual cottage, and my stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Few things to mention: STAIRS are real. If you’re in the hillside cottage be ready to walk a lot. I thought it’s no big deal, as I do lots of sports, trust me it was. Especially if you realise you forgot something in your room and you have to go back. DESIGN is timeless classic. It’s extremely well maintained, however if you’re into modern style like me, the design might feel a bit old.

One of the best hotels I have visited in Kamala, and returned here several times! Great pools and sunbeds by the beach, with excellent view on the ocean! Spacious, and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, wonderful and helpful staff! One of the greatest gym facilities of any hotel I have visited, with seaview!

We love that the location is front beach, I think Kamala Beach is the best in Phuket. The vibe is tranquil which is recommended for couples. The sunset was very charming. The restaurants near the hotels serve amazing food. The pools are really nice, we enjoyed swimming here. The breakfast buffet serves a lot of varieties, we never run out of options. The room is lovely, spacious and bed is comfortable. Staffs were really warm and always smiling. Overall, would come back to this beach resort if we ever visit Phuket again.
