What can I say. This place was amazing. The room was lovely (we booked a pool access room for 10nights.) Equipped with everything. Gym was good, plenty of weights and a few machines. We could not fault the staff. They went out of their way, made you feel special. The lovely Matt at reception would greet us by our names every time. All reception staff were wonderful. Girls at breakfast were amazing. Thank you to Juice, Gai, Apple, Koi and Nim. We will miss you girls. Hopefully we will come back again. As we left everyone came out to wave us goodbye. Restaurants at the beach were not far from the resort. Beach was lovely. Could not fault this place. Highly recommend it

Would like to thank The Surin Team for having me. Marvellous beach, and I mean it. Great service, attention to details, like bringing me a birthday cake, excellent cleanliness, especially loved signature cookies before bedtime, every evening cookies were different that made me wait for them even more. I don’t know who are you cookie maestro, you’re great. Complimentary water in the hotel was also very helpful. Breakfast was yummy and had plenty of options. Accommodation was very comfortable - the bed, and the selection of pillows. On the first night when I arrived I could hear the neighbours, because I was put in a cottage adjacent to another, made a call and was moved in no time to another individual cottage, and my stay was very comfortable and peaceful. Few things to mention: STAIRS are real. If you’re in the hillside cottage be ready to walk a lot. I thought it’s no big deal, as I do lots of sports, trust me it was. Especially if you realise you forgot something in your room and you have to go back. DESIGN is timeless classic. It’s extremely well maintained, however if you’re into modern style like me, the design might feel a bit old.

1 - Praia muito boa, com pouca gente e água quente; 2 - Localização muito boa, zona calma contudo perto de tudo o que se necessita para desfrutar de uma bons dias de praia, saídas noturnas e restaurantes; 3 - Simpatia e cortesia de todos os funcionários bem como dos seus habitantes locais; 4 - Comida boa do Hotel; 5 - zona do roof top do Hotel, com bar muito boa com alta vista sobre a praia e mar e com música ao vivo; 6 - Referir ainda que o hotel tem a cortesia sem qualquer custo de guardar as malas caso seja necessário por alguns dias. (Por exemplo para passar 2 noites nas ilhas Phi Phi).

Hotel excelente com quartos gigantescos, me senti em uma casa. Cama excelente, banheiro muito grande. Funcionários prestativos e atenciosos. Dois restaurantes grandes e muito bons, café da manhã muito farto. Várias piscinas. Hotel pé na areia da bonita e ótima praia Kamala. Um verdadeiro resort. Voltando a Phuket com certeza este é o hotel que hospedarei novamente.
