Friendly staff always wiling to help, sorted me a room for an extra night after flight was canceled and a very good price. Made use of the gym a couple of times, hasn't got heaps of stuff but it's enough

It is opposite the slate 5 star hotel we stayed in and much better and really reasonable. Lovely clean rooms, amazing breakfast and pool is a good size and you can use the in house laundry service cheaply. It’s a hidden gem and the family are the sweetest people.

Access to the brach via a small " manned raft " was very quirky and fun. The staff were wonderful. So helpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. The food was excellent, the rooms clean and tidy. I enjoyed this hotel, it may need a little TLC in some areas, but it had a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I would return here. Sitting by the fish pool having breakfast, listening to the birds calling was lovely.
