I have literally never met such wonderful and nice people in my life. In our time in Thailand we've met so many nice people but no one compares to the staff at Palm Coco! Their kind send off made us emotional to leave.

This is the best place we stayed in Thailand, we stayed for 5 nights and then another 2 extra nights. The people here are welcoming and they care about you. You can chose between different different kinds of breakfast idea and the food is enough. Every day we had 2 bottles of watter, the posibility to use caiacs pr paddle boards, for free, sun beds right on the beach or near the pool and the food at the restaurant is good and affordable. All the people here are very hard working and they deserve all our respect. We even received a small surprise gift for Christmas and we really appreciate it. Thank you soo much for everything this place is!

The hotel is absolutely an amazing treat! We are traveling with three little ones 5 and under, and we travel once every couple months, that’s a lot of traveling with young kids and I have to say this one stood out. From check in to check out, the team is absolutely fantastic, everyone seems to be so friendly and kind, detail oriented and thoughtful, there’s better views but the customer service is what you pay for. Nan is our villa host, she’s done a great job; James from Sands are so kind and patient with my kids; the staff from the beach are so warm and welcoming; all the buggy guys are driving very carefully and nice to us: housekeeping are absolutely wonderful too, with little kids, room needs pros to take care of!

Nice beach, great massage facility, and fun things to do down on the beach. There is a jet ski rental at the far right end of the beach. Our kids enjoyed riding the tube pulled behind the boat. It’s not loud and does not detract from the beauty of the beach, but was a fun perk. There is also a laundry a few doors south down from the hotel. It’s fast and friendly. There is some construction going on in that area but Lamai is a big enough place that it shouldn’t affect your stay. Our only downside is that the pool was closed (“being refilled”) while we were there and I think we would have stayed elsewhere if we knew since our kids like to close the day with a quick swim in the pool. Food at restaurant in front of reception was decent, location is great.

All was great. The only strange thing was that we were asked to pay deposit at checkin and since we didn’t have cash on us, we would need to use a card and get money blocked for a month. However, then they agreed not to charge deposit if we pay activities on spot. Felt a bit of little trust but then it compensated with the pool area that is fantastic.

Great, helpful staff. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants but super quiet. Great value for money. Worked well for our kids.
