The place including the grounds, pool and rooms are kept immaculately. The room we were in felt so open and bright. The food was excellent. The best thing though was the incredible hospitality of the staff and owners. We really felt like we were welcome and looked after there. When we first arrived we were immediately disappointed to drive beyond all the hustling built up centres on Koh Chang but by the end of our start we would choose Amber sands again in a heart beat.

The hotel is set in a lush, peaceful, serene garden, moments from the beach. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. The breakfast is the best! The two pools are stunning.
