Amazing location in the center of old town Chiang Mai. The staff embodies Thai hospitality to perfection, helpful and always smiling. Clean, modern big rooms, comfy bed, and AC and shower/thermostat worked perfecly. There is also an information desk to book tours and activities. 10/10.

YA WEN Tayvan

Friendly host provided useful travel information. No breakfast but serve free fruits and snacks in the lobby. No lift, but staffs were very friendly helped us carry the luggage. Cute and cozy, with comfortable beds. Good location, within 15 min walk to Saturday Night Market. 7-11, restaurants, bars are close by.

Owner Kun May was extremely helpful with everything. Gave us very good insight of the area and where to eat. Also helped us with the tour booking (cheaper than online price)! Room was adequate size and very clean. Wifi was quick but TV was rather small but nostalgic. We're definitely coming back here to stay the next time we bring the kids.

Loved our stay in Chiang Mai and the friendly staff at ilanna. They went out of their way to help us find rental cars, helped us through our very late check-in and find local options nearby.

The hotel is stunning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is great. The staff are charming and very helpful and give you a great sense of being welcomed. The fixed menu breakfast was surprisingly a good refreshing concept and was good and generous as well as had a large variety.
