The customer service is exceptional. My room was very comfortable and I slept amazingly well. It was like a little apartment with my own entry. The pool was right outside the back patio doors of my room. The water was pleasantly warm. It is shaded in the afternoon, so maybe not a spot for sunbathing. Kata Beach is a 15 minute walk and there are lots of shops along the way for souvenirs and food. The couple that runs it is incredibly hospitable. They have U.S. hospitality experience and took very good care of me. I had booked a taxi through Booking.com for my arrival and it was a disaster, so I requested help with my return. Gift arranged my early morning taxi for my departure flight and that trip went very smoothly. She also got a taxi for me to see the Big Buddha and also priced some other options for sightseeing for me, although my trip was short and I ended up not doing them. I had a multi-destination trip and this was by far my favorite stay because it was so stress-free. I would definitely stay here again.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, especially JJ, she was talking a bit of Italian with us and she gave us good tips! The hotel is well located, as it is in a quiete area, but still with everything you need around, like restaurants, massage shops, hairdressers, motorbike rentals.. and it’s only 10 minutes walking to the beach! The breakfast also was great and with a lot of different dishes!

Everything, great location, great breakfast. The staff are friendly, the rooms are being cleaned every day. The pool is also being cleaned every day. There is a free shuttle to the beach every day. If we ever come back to Phuket, we will come here again.
