The breakfast was excellent I was able to order egg of a variety of my choice which was omelette which was delicious. The variety of food was very good including sparkling wine for breakfast. Your used plates were taken away quickly and orange juice or other beverage inc sparkling wine were waiter service all good. Our room was excellent large shower room etc lovely fluffy towels etc.. we had 1 of only 2 large superior rooms with a balcony that over looked the swimming pool which we used.There was a restaurant which was excellent they also gave you a 10% discount voucher the food was amazing . Excellent parking towels available for the swimming pool for a deposit of €20 which was understandable.

It is close to the city center, you can walk down to the Harbour on the very charming V.le Venti Settembre (a street full of restaurants gelaterias and cinemas) in 20 minutes - although last part back to the Villa is quite steep so it is hard when you already tired.. :) Also there are two buses stopping nearby any you can use #6 straight to Miramare Castello

Instead of using a room, we ended up using a part of the house, nicely secluded from the rest and forming a small apartment with a private bathroom. The room was equipped according to the highest standards, bathroom as well, extra clean and the beds were as hard and comfy as we like them. Old cypresses in front of the house, surrounding our balcony, added to the charm of the place and made a sleepover here an extra pleasurable event :) Hosts were great, forthcoming and really helpful when it comes to how to easily reach the place (not to get stuck in the narrow streets on the way) and supportive e.g., with the bus tickets for getting around and with some really useful sightseeing tips.
