Both the outdoor and indoor swimming areas were nice and not too crowded. We were upgraded for free to an extra large room - although this was in another building (connected by an indoor bridge), around 50+ meters away, but we didn't mind (although it could be an issue for people with mobility problems and we were not informed about the upgrade when checking-in).
