This is a lovely hotel in a charming and well kept building. The staff at reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and attractive and very comfortable and the location in town was just great -- in the charming old section very near to the cathedral and other attractions. All at an excellent price!

Brilliant relaxed atmosphere in reception lounge/dining area, with tea/coffee/water all day, afternoon home-baking nibbles and comfy sitting area. Evening meal was excellent buffet style, veggie option and very wholesome healthy food. And a bar with happy hour! And beds were dreamy, with brilliant breakfast buffet downstairs in the morning. What’s not to like?!

Lots of space in the fridge and freezer. The house is in a lovely neighbourhood to walk, relax or easily catch a bus to downtown Uppsala. We could walk to the big grocery sore in less than 20 minutes, and that store has everything you need. Booked a single room, it was really comfy and, even though small, big enough for one person. There's enough of storage space, basic amenities (soap, shampoo...). My studio was very clean and spacious, it had everything one would need (even if you would like to cook your own meals), it was quiet and the bed was extremely comfy.
