10 out of 10 - You can be absolutely assured we would recommend Hotel Pigalle to anyone who asked (or who doesn't ask)! :) Such a wonderful place with true, authentic, unique style, attitude and atmosphere. We loved the decor, artwork, and photography around the building. We loved the frescoes, the bar, the restaurant and the breakfast room. The staff were friendly and fantastic and we appreciated and loved the staff attire. Very stylish and added to the whole atmosphere. The window view outside our room was exciting; full of people, trams, lovehearts and movement. It helped us plan our day. We loved the elevator for it's rustic French appearance, the French theme throughout, the attention to detail in the rooms. The top hat, the feathers, the binoculars and the books were fantastic talking points for fantasy and fun. We loved the bathroom with its gold brass fittings, seaweed green tiling, and white bath and basins. There was a plumbing problem in the hotel during our stay resulting in no hot water - but we loved the place anyway! Sh&t happens, and a cold shower was nothing compared to the love and pride in place that was clear as a sunny day at Pigalle! It only added to the adrenalin and excitement - which says everything! 10 out of 10 for your fantastic, fantasy hotel!!! Thanks so much - we'll be back!!!

I received help the staff in the dining room and at the front desk. I walk with a cane and find it difficult to carry items from the buffet to my table but each morning a waitress carried the tray to my table and brought coffee to me over at my table. The staff ar the front desk called to wake me each morning and helped me with my luggage. Hotel Flora felt like a home.

Good location from the ferry, parking nearby. Comfortable beds. Excellent bar on the 12th floor with 3 very busy bartenders. Delicious oysters. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Room was small but has 2 large comfortable chairs and plenty of electrical outlets and light.

It all went very well. The staff were friendly and very helpful and informative. They gave us lots of ideas for places to see and how to get around on the trams and ferries. The hotel restaurant food was excellent, breakfasts were very good indeed, dinners featured some local dishes too. The hotel has many historic features and its dining room is an amazingly lovely survival from an earlier age of elegance.
