The staff were all very helpful and did a great job. The food at the in hotel restaurant was great although a little limited for breakfast options. The views were perfect and it was serenely quiet and made it very easy to enjoy the nature and beauty around you.

This was a lovely room; Nice decor and very clean. We were a little nervous initially asking for an earlier check as we needed to shower before an important meeting. They were not very forthcoming but we arrived from Bucharest and went directly there. They allowed the early check in (which was a godsend!) Nice friendly staff. Location is utterly superb. Right on the main st, only walking distance or short taxi ride to Casino. All shops, cafes, Restaurants are on your foot step.

Everything. The personnel was nice and accommodating, the room was very spacious and very clean. Nice and warm during the night, we even had to shut off the radiator due to the room being very good at warming up and staying warm. The room is a little far from the center of the city, but this was chosen on purpose and you have the bus station at a brisk 10 minute walk for getting to the city and a 5 minute walk when getting back. And, considering how busy the city becomes I consider this very big plus as you do not need to either take the car or spend money on taxi. Also, you are in a residential neighborhood so you get a very quiet time for relaxation.

The staff was extremely nice to us. The waiters moved with the grace of a dancer making the dining experience relaxed and welcoming.. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delishious . You can order anything on the huge menu. Sometimes we had soup and polenta for breakfast! . My only regret is that we could have stayed longer . The front desk speaks English and was always helpful. It is only a mile and a half walk to town or taxi ride and well worth it. We never figured out the bus schedule, there are 4 of them going various places and they go by the hotel but it is not one of their stops ( but should be)
