We choose Steaua de Mare for a longer week-end and being used with high quality service in Greece or Bulgaria we came here with very low expectations, however we were very pleasantly surprised by what the hotel and the staff had the offer. We particularly loved the beach, the bed suns reservation system and how clean staff tried to keep it. We appreciated the efforts in the restaurant and very attentive staff, the food was above all expectations for a buffet especially the sea food bar on Sunday evening.

Casa Alex is very nice, nothing fancy or luxurious just simple and clean, a good value for the price we paid. In the morning we would be expected every day with coffee, orange juice and sweets. This was unexpected and really nice. The room as I said was very clean when we arrived and someone would come and clean every day and take the garbage. The place is very close to the beach, literally 5 minutes walk until your feet touch the sand. Also I would like to mention that the location is baby friendly. We had a baby cot prepared for us the moment we arrived and it was free.
