日本から是非一度行って欲しい家族経営のホテルです。駅からは離れていますが、絶対行く価値はあります。 オーナーのマルガリーダはとても温かく和かで、行くべき場所やお勧めレストラン等を直ぐwhatsupで知らせてくれました。勧めてくれたレストランはどれも最高でした。 石造りのメインハウスに宿泊したのですが、あまりの素敵さに感動、どの窓からも葡萄畑や、咲き乱れる多種多様のバラや緑の木々が見え、2泊3日の滞在でしたが、ずっと夢心地気分でした。インテリアもとても素敵で、ダイニングやテラス席 もとても可愛らしく飾られていました。 朝食もシリアル、パン、オーナー手作りのケーキ等(ほんのり甘いとても美味しいケーキでした)、色々なハムやチーズ、卵も聞いてから調理してくれました。 ワインテイスティングも参加しましたが、何世紀にも渡る家族経営のワイナリーやポートワインにかけるオーナーの情熱が伝わるとても詳細で繊細な味の説明でした。 Good selection of Breakfast❣️ The tasty homemade cakes, breads, cheeses & hams, cereals, and fruits. You are asked to have eggs, if you like as well. Loved hotel with lovely interior decorations and surrounded by different coloured roses blossoming. The room was tastefully decorated and the view from each window was just breathtakingly beautiful overlooking wine yards, pool, trees, plants and …etc. It was simply a joy to be in. The wine tasting was done by the owner’s brother who is so passionate about their wines. A-Must-Go-place-to-be.

This place was like something out of a movie. The views were spectacular. The wine tour included was really cool even if you are not one for wine tours I highly recommend to check it out. The facilities and grounds of the hotel were absolutely stunning. The dinner with wine was so good but make sure you go super hungry because they give you a ton of food. Our air conditioning unfortunately was not working but they brought us a fan which helped and they also took care of our drinks that evening. Highly recommend we wish we could have stayed longer!

The Hotel has very nice location on a river bank. Personal is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is tasty and served in restaurant with a river view on a bridges and Douro Valley. Swimming pool is additional advantage especially during hot days. Definitely recommend the hotel.

Upmarket, beautiful location and very comfortable. The staff were wonderful, the wine barrel experience was first class and we had a great dinner on the balconey of the restaurant with beautiful views.

Beautiful place near many wine estates and excellent restaurants. Very quite with a nice little pool to cool down or sit with a glass of wine. The hosts are really nice and attendance and the best breakfast I had in Purtogal.
