A very nice and clean hotel. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the village and mountains. The restaurant has beautiful view as well. Breakfast was not amazing, but good. Eggs, bread, ham, cheese, yoghurt, fruits, pastry, jam.

The son of the owners traveled a lot and gave us two very good routes to visit around Geres, with a great restaurant recommendation. The room was big and clean, local cafe was lovely as well, did their best, even cooking eggs outside of menu to tend to our morning protein needs before hiking, very good vibe all around. And we were given a free upgrade which was a great surprise! Located in pure serenity, by the lake with really homely and relaxed vibes throughout. I can't remember all the names of the staff but shout out to Melanie for assisting with a coffee emergency and all my other queries! Would definitely recommend and I'm sure I'll return in the future and spend more time around Gerês and at selina!
