Everything was lovely. Location was close to Évora and easy to find. Free parking was provided. The place was super quiet and the surroundings were nice. The house we stayed at had everything we needed for our stay, was spacious enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was fenomenal. Fresh fruit and orange juice, pancakes and warm bread, along with milk, coffee and yoghurt. It was all served on our outside table every morning at our desired time. The host is very friendly and made us feel at home. Thank you for that!

The property was very charming, we loved our stay there and was sad to leave. a few days before our arrival, staff called us to confirm check in time. We made a mistake - booked the space a day earlier than our actual arrival time, they waited for us and called to make sure we were alright. When they learned we made a mistake, they switched the date for us without any questions at all. The property was an old governor's summer house, with 2 swimming pools, olive tree grove, old country rose, an old world well, lots of old charm. Plenty of parking. We were treated with amazing breakfast - the dining room has a wood burning fireplace and it was so cozy with the fire! Nespresso machine. the embroidered bed linen was ironed; towels were perfumed. We went with the staff's recommendation for the restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. we had a very memorable time in town even it was very short. Highly recommend Casa do Governador!
