Nice hotel, city parking straight next to it, with entry in the hotel, good breakfast, nice breakfast room with a view. Just the desk employees a bit too young, nice but lacking of knowledge of basic information. (Like which button to use to get from the hotel in the parking, is the 15th of August a legal holiday).

It was along hard day to get to Trondheim. The welcome and checkin was swift, friendly and a pleasure. the bar was still open and the bar staff were spot on with timeliness, service standards, The beer was good. The room fabulous. The breakfast fabulous. The staff at breakfast attentive but unobtrusive - I was able to plan my day without being interrupted but my table was always cleaned of empty crockery, plates. Checkeout was as good as checking in - diferent staff but a very friendly and happy way to say goodbye.

The breakfast was good. I liked the dining area in terms of the space, also here and elsewhere the references to the old bakery. My room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely large bath to relax in.
