The room was comfortable and clean with a lovely view and underfloor heating - cosy when it’s so cold outside! We were on our honeymoon and were upgraded to a cabin from a standard design suite for no extra cost which was amazing! The owner is so friendly and really knows how to make guests welcome. Tasty breakfast too!

It’s really clean and comes with a well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed making our own dinner here every evening.

Since we were the only guests at that time, we got an upgrade to a very nice room with balcony (where we were able to watch Northern Lights from bed!). This was already at the beginning of the stay very attentive from the hosts. The whole living area is really nice, the kitchen is quite big and offers everything we needed. We were also able to use the sauna, which was really nice :) We can just imagine that staying here in summer would be magnifique as well! Thanks a lot for a lovely time!

The view from the balcony was virtually 360 degrees around. Ballstad is a great starting point for exploring Lofoten. The hosts were great and very caring. And the bathroom had a great floor heating :)
