The property was very calm, it wasn’t a chaotic scene in the public areas (pool, deck, lobby, restaurant) like many other resorts in the area. The staff were exceptional, which is the reason that we gave the resort full stars. The inadequacies of the resort were over compensated by the staff (all staff, housekeepers, restaurant, cleaning personnel, pool employees, etc.). The pool had attentive « lifeguards » which was reassuring. The kids club is underestimated on the Hyatt website. The staff was exceptional, and our kids were in tears the day we had to leave, as they enjoyed the daily activities (making slime, painting pottery, making bracelets, outdoor lawn games, etc. Additionally, the Kids Club is adjacent to the family pool, so my wife and I could enjoy an hour here and there, but continue to keep an eye on things. Lastly, the free daily shuttle service to the beach, nearby village and Agadir was a bonus. While the hotel does not have direct beach access, I would gladly trade this for a calming experience. We will gladly return.

great resort in Taghazout with everything you could ask for. friendly staff, surfing, yoga and a very chilled vibe made our vacation very memorable.

Peaceful, relaxing stay. Stayed in the beautiful Marrakech room with an amazing bath. Clean, comfortable (though the bed was more on the form side), very helpful at reception.
