We stayed from 10-16 Jully 2023 and it was amazing. Starting from staff at reception to free Jacuzzi at the end of our stay. Staff were very professional and helpful especially Mr Houcine and Mr Karim at the reception. The food was very delicious and various plates in the buffet. The rooms were very clean and everyday cleaning lady comes and put all the room necessary stuff. The swimming pool was very clean and towels are always ready to be served from the pool staff. The free shuttle to beach was well organised and quick. The private beach place was very clean and organised. Finally they granted us with late check out til 15H PM. All in all was perfect and surely getting back there again.

The premium suit is incredible with a short access to the beach. The staff is so kind and helpful. Bonus was I was upgraded so thanks a looot. The breakfast is excellent.

After a bad start - we didn’t have the child seat they’d confirmed for the transfer and the child cot was not in the room when we arrived at 9pm - they really made up for it, we were upgraded to a huge suite and the price for the transfer was refunded. Food was good. Beach nice. Massage great! Friendly helpful staff

Even though the hotel was busy because of how its designed it doesn’t feel crowded - both in the pool areas and bar. There are so many places where you can just sit and relax throughout the day and night. The staff were very good on all levels. The board walk provides a lovely walk either to Taghazout Village or along the Bay to watch the surfers.
