L'Hotel està molt bé, el lloc és molt maco, davant del llac i des de l'habitació es veia el castell, una vista molt maca. Les habitacions son maques i còmodes. L'esmorzar espectacular, te'l serveixen a taula, de fet, pensàvem que ja estàvem i anavem a marxar quan ens van dir que ens faltava la meitat, lo calent i que ens portaven en aquell moment, increíble, boníssim i molt abundant.

Spa Villa Trakai is very beautiful house! Very clean and comfortable! House owners are very kind people!!! I like very much this house and management of it!!! There are very good Sauna and Jacuzzi!!! comfortable bedrooms on top and very big and beautiful living room on 1st floor! House have 2 kitchen and 4 bathrooms (toilets), which is very important when you travel with friends. Respect to this house and it’s owners!!!!

Great communication from the staff in preparation for our stay! At check-in, as well. And there was a jar of chocolate chip cookies! 😊🍪 Perfect location for walking to the castle. Though we did take the rental car to get some drinks from the shops. We were very happy that we were able to reserve one of their few parking spots in advance. Definitely worth the €10 since parking is hard to find or closes early in Trakai.

The spa was a wonderful bonus, and we both had massages as well. The portobello mushroom dish was sensational the first two times we had it, and the third time they must have had a different cook. It was a little less great because not enough gorgonzola was used. The staff bent over backward to please their guests; only one waitress was less than the level of everyone else.
