Matteo was a great host and was always really attentive to all our needs! He gave us a lot of tips about what to do and where to park the car. The hotel is well located, at walking distance from the city centre. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast outstanding! Definitely recommended.

Location was very good, but a little bit noisy at night, room very clean - we felt comfortable, little breakfast was a nice addition and Stefania is a really lovely and helpful person. I recommend this place!

Really enjoyed staying at La Gancia. The concierge, Andrea, was super helpful. We took all his recommendations to enjoy Trapani - the restaurants (La Perla), Cable car to the top of Erice, sunset and a beer on the hotel rooftop - and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this hotel.
