Beautiful bed and breakfast in Pisa. Close to everything. Our room was not the biggest but was very comfortable and clean. The building in itself was very charming. Breakfast was fantastic, served in a nice garden. Beatrice was very helpful in anything we needed. Will definitely be back when we visit Pisa again.

spacious! you could see the tower from the room that have balcony, the tower was very near, we had breakfast at a very good place called FILTER and had lunch and dinner at I SANTI amazing attention and food. the host was excellent so helpful and attentive!

Kaunis, persoonallisesti sisustettu ja hyvin varusteltu huone. Keskeinen sijainti. Hyvä aamupala, erityisesti pyynnöstä tehty munakas pekonilla oli laadukas. Saimme myös jättää matkatavarat uloskirjautumisen jälkeen säilytykseen.

Lyhyt kävelymatka lentokentälle ja myös keskustaan jaksoi hyvin kävellä. Tyylikäs ja moderni huone. Ystävällinen omistaja varmisti seuraavan aamun lentomme ajan, ja aikaisen lähdön vuoksi hän toi aamiaistarjottimen etukäteen huoneeseen. Lentomelu ei häirinnyt pehmeässä vuoteessa nukkujaa yhtään.

We really enjoyed staying at Five Roses! Signora Flavia welcomes you with a lovely smile and lots of good advice; the rooms are tastefully furnished and very comfortable; breakfast is abundant and delicious, and can be enjoyed on the quiet patio. The location is perfect - right next to public underground parking (guarded) and to the station. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We hope to return to Pisa and if we do, we'll definitely book at Five Roses.

Roberto, You are the best host ever! Thank you for your kindness and hospitality! We really enjoyed staying at your place! Italy is a beautiful country and you, as the villa's host, made all possible efforts to made our stay as comfortable as you did. We were happy to have a chance to meet you and we are looking forward to visit Italy again! P. S. Villa is very close to the city center and the train station. You can reach all touristic places by foot. Rooms are large, breakfast is fine, coffee is outstanding! Italian food is the best!!!
