We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with terrace in the new building and it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is brand new, modern, beautiful, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The view from the terrace and living room is AMAZING! You can sit outside and enjoy the views of the town, mountains, and cable cars. There was even a hot tub on the deck that wasn’t noted in the listing. Great location in the center of town. Parking on site for a small fee. Elevator. Staff was kind and helpful. The slightly higher rate for such a luxury accommodation was well worth it and really made the trip!

Everything was amazing -- the views, the rooms, the hotel overall. Breakfast every morning was wonderful, and the pastries by Sylvia were beautiful and tasty. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. I can't recommend this place enough! Location was great too, five minute walk to the city center and close to both the Siusi & Seceda lifts. Up a pretty steep hill though, so keep that in mind if walking!

Set in the centre of Ortisei, the family-run Garni Snaltnerhof offers a traditional restaurant and pizzeria. Buses to Selva di Val Gardena stop 50 metres away.

Originally a 17th century bakery, Hotel Garni Snaltnerhof has been run by the Hofer family for 6 generations. Its on-site shop still sells freshly baked bread, as well as local meats and preserves.
