Alessia, the manager, was always available, friendly, professional and helpful. The location was great, quiet yet in the town center, with balconies with fine views of the Monte Rosa. Restaurants, ton center and grocery store all within 200m. Comfortable room, bed, bathroom and a very pleasant garden for relaxing in view of the mountains. Plus Macugnaga is an historic, unspoiled mountain town, ideal for hiking. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
