Em va agradar molt el servei de buffet disponible, lliure de càrrecs, que teníem durant moltes hores al dia: tan dolç com salat en un espai confortable i tranquil. La ubicació és excel·lent, a l'entrada de Lucca, en un lloc tranquil i agradable. Un hotel petit, com els que m'agraden, silenciós, amb bon tracte i confortable. Tornaria sense dubte.

Palazzo Dipinto is a beautiful hotel-thoroughly modern in decor with the charm of an old property. The staff are very friendly and helpful; that made our stay truly extraordinary. We have stayed at top hotels during our Italian holiday and this was absolutely the best. It is a wonderful location and convenient to walk anywhere in Lucca.
