Marina waited for us until the midnight!!! She is a very nice person and very helpful gave us lots of information regarding the trains and places to visit, which was big help . Also she pampered us with many nice cookies and coffee in the room. The location is great very near to the train station. The bed was very comfortable.

Rossella는 아주 밝고 유쾌하면서도 세심하게 숙박객을 응대합니다. 자기가 어렸을 때 자란 집을 B&B로 운영하기에 집을 매우 소중하게 가꾸고 있다는 걸 느낄 수 있었습니다. 일정상 하루 밖에 머무를 수 없었지만 길게 머물고 싶다는 생각이 들게끔하는 곳이었습니다.

We like everything with our stay here, beautiful and clean room even a terrace connected to the room. We got a basket with free breakfast and free bottles of water in the refrigerator. The host is wonderful so helpful and we got a warmly welcome from her. We highly recommend to stay here and if we going back to La spezia we gonna choose this. We take the train to La spezia and don’t have a car but it’s was easy to take the train from the other station here in La spezia if you want to visit cinque Terre.

The place is absolutely comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city since it is located in the high hill but close and very well connected to the city center. Daniela and husband were super kind and good energy people, they offered very complete information about places to visit according to our time and schedule. This place is a 10 of 10 :)

Excellent located. One minute from the pedestrian street with shops and restaurants. There is everything you need and everything is clean and tidy. We got a room with a balcony. There are free espresso and cookies. The owner Giovanni is an amazing person, very nice and you can see that he tries very hard to help. With the parking it's a bit crowded but you can definitely manage. We were given a parking ticket while staying at Cinque Terre and he helped us pay. Really recommend him and his accommodation apartment

Location is really good although the location marked out on Google maps is wrong so we went to the wrong place (just opposite) initially. Riccardo is a great host and provided a lot of advice and recommendations for La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

Great room, everything as new, well taken care of and super clean. There was a mini bar and a deliveryservice which is good for late arrivals as there are no shops around. The landlady was very nice, and gave good advice on how to enter cinque terre etc. She runs the flats very professional. The view on the whole city was amazing.
