The leisure facilities, swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were lovely. Great coffee, shortbread and chocolates in the room. Beautiful bathroom setting and toiletries. The grounds and garden are beautifully kept.

Food is very good, we had breakfast and dinner and we enjoyed both. The staff are kind and helpful. The swimming pool is good and quiet but I mostly appreciated the Jacuzzi that is relatively big and relaxing. The hotel itself is stunning. We chose the standard room and is smallish but there was all we needed.

The staff were extremely helpful and very nice and always helpful. We got upgraded to a suite for our anniversary and it was absolutely gorgeous. The room had lots of extras that a lot of hotels don’t provide (luxurious mini toiletries, coffee machine, homemade shortbread etc). The leisure and spa facilities were spotless. I will definitely return if I’m Waterford again.

The cocktail bar was beautiful and the food in the roseville restaurant was lovely and very enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi was just so relaxing however there was no one in the pool reception the whole time we were there, just be mindful incase something serious happened. The atmosphere was fantastic and such a family feeling. All areas were very clean and lovely smell. We had a meal in the restaurant and it was superb and service very quick. It was our 25th anniversary and they upgraded us to a suite which was absolutely stunning and such a fabulous view. They also had a card and chocolates for us. We have toured South of Ireland for last 8 days and it is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. A credit to all the staff.

The entrance is beautiful with the life sized colourful horse the lovely big rooms and high ceilings the pool and jacuzzi very clean and relaxing atmosphere .
