Have stayed with my partner in double rooms, & single rooms when visiting with friends. On this occasion, the single room I was given was v. dreary & more expensive than usual so bit disappointing overall. I would still visit again given everything else was so good, but would look into single room details more next time as soon could do with an upgrade & are overpriced for what is on offer
