I booked the G for my boyfriends birthday and we both loved it. Came from cork. They upgraded our room free of charge at checkin which was a lovely suprise. Lovely man called wellerson/wellerton! We availed of the courtesy car and the driver from utah was amazing! Such good fun. Room was beautiful. Bar staff (from rio de jinero) lovely nice young man! Amazing experience already recommended to family and friends. Also catered to my boyfriend who was vegan, without asking ye had vegan options for breakfast. 10/10 experience overall

The room was so lovely and big. and the staff were super friendly. We went for our first anniversary and the hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade room as a good gesture. Breakfast was delicious and so healthy. I have traveled extensively in Ireland but the Hyde experience was the best to date. I will definitely come back whenever I visit Galway. Cheers and all the best.

I went with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday. The staff were absolutely lovely. I told them about the birthday and they gave us a room upgrade and a ‘birthday plate’. The hotel was also very central, only a stone throw away from Eyre Square.

The way we were looked after from the time we arrived. We were celebrating our 52nd anniversary and my wife's recent 70th birthday. Ashling and Eileen in reception upgraded our room beyond our expectations. We had booked in for one night we stayed an extra night. All staff cleaning, bar, restaurant, were really helpful and nice. We arrived and immediately felt luxurious and relaxed.. staff at desk were absolutely lovely, they upgraded our room for free to the executive suite with a balcony! No idea how much that meant to us as we had only booked a standard and haven’t been away for a while due to funds.. really a fantastic stay, food and bar is great, can sit and have a drink looking over the water, music in bar was fantastic. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had and you can walk everywhere from here.
