Hotel romantici a Ubud

The location of the hotel along a very pretty side street meant that it was very quiet and gave you the sense of being in the middle of nowhere rather than in the heart of what has become a very popular tourist destination. From the reception area, to the rooms, the verandas, the pools and yoga area and the hotel restaurant, everything has been designed with guest comfort and guest experience in mind. This was a return visit, having stayed two weeks beforehand between a visit to Pemuteran, and we were treated so kindly on our return with a personalised bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, which had been upgraded to pool view as my elderly mother had struggled with the stairs leading down the garden view room we had stayed in at the beginning of our visit to Bali. We have been to Bali many times over the past twenty years and this has to be one of the best places we have stayed considering how affordable it was. The staff are to be commended. They are all seem very well trained not only in their own roles, but give a sense of being aware of the importance of guest relations. The restaurant menu is incredibly varied and healthy and room service is available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to try the spa, but the spa menu looked incredible. Even our driver to the airport made the last 90 minutes of our time in Bali interesting with his lovely chit-chat and insights into how Bali is evolving. We would definitely stays here time and time again.

I really liked my stay at Jati, rooms were really nice and spacious, I had one overlooking the pool area, it was calm even though it is in the middle of Ubud. Staff were also very nice and accommodating, I would come back anytime. I wished I could have stayed longer then one night.

Ero alla ricerca di pace e tranquillità e qui l'ho trovata. Piscina privata affacciata sulla natura in totale privacy, staff cordiale, gentile e disponibile, ottimi massaggi, cibo di qualità che può essere consumato direttamente in camera. Nulla da eccepire. Ottimo.

Un posto magico nel cuore della città di Ubud, comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi e visitare il centro. La nostra Forest Suite era davvero splendida e immersa nella giungla con una vista spettacolare! Hotel molto curato e pulito, personale disponibile e colazione gustosa, consigliato anche il ristorante. Se volete un soggiorno speciale, questo è il posto giusto!

The staff were incredible - the restaurant staff, the front desk staff and the drivers who drove us round the Ubud area were also so friendly, so kind and so engaging and thoughtful. The breakfasts were bar none the best in the world - a buffet of fruit and veggies and cheese and pastries and then you order the "entree" from the menu that they bring to your table - i had the eggs benedict almost every morning since i could not get over how wonderful it was. The communal pool is a bit of a walk down the mountain which is wonderful if you are young and in good shape - I was with my elderly mother so we stayed in the room that has a backdoor that opens onto a semi private book (i think they are called classic rooms)... these rooms are up by the top of the hotel (the hotel is one of the oldest in Ubud and beckons to old Bali and is truly wonderful and magical) as the hotel sits on a side of a gorge and goes from the top to about half way down the hillside. So if you are not wanting to walk up and down stairs make sure you reserve rooms on the top and I highly recommend the classic suite.

A green oasis of calm right in the middle of busy Ubud. You can walk anywhere in 15 minutes or less, including beautiful rice fields. Once inside you can’t hear any noise or traffic. Easy for taxi pick-up/drop-off. Appreciated that it was plastic-free and plenty of drinking water was available for free.

Room a good size, plenty of space and rooms cleaned each day. Breakfast delivered to your room and the menu has 5 options to choose from. Staff super friendly and nice :) able to use pool facilities after checking out as we waited to move on from the property. Found the property very clean, bed was comfy too and our room had a nice balcony with a little sofa seat. The property can also help with bike rental and organisation of tours/trips. I would recommend here. The location is down a small alleyway where cars cannot come down however it is nestled away from the road and business of Ubud which we liked. We preferred staying a little out of the business. Good value for money for sure!

good view to the valley and jungle from the room, breakfast was okay too. rooms arent very new, but big with small kitchen, big balcony. They provide drinking water jug and bottles as well. Very fast wifi. On the street many fruit stalls and warungs. Easy to find grab/gojek to Ubud
