This is an elegant hotel from a bygone era, but the facilities and the service are everything you would expect from a modern hotel. My room was large and beautifully furnished, the delicious buffet breakfast is served in a banquet room with fancy furniture and crystal chandeliers. All of that, and the price I paid for the room was so reasonable! I kept sending pictures to my friends and family saying, "Can you believe I'm getting ALL THIS for THIS MUCH money?

Location was a mile from sopron. Breakfast was good and there was several menu choices. Rooms were quiet and beds comfortable. Lots of parking. Beautiful terrace on third floor with view of the countryside. For a last minute booking I think this was a good choice. I wish I had more time to try out the pedicure or hair salon services that were in the building.

The place was so lovely and peaceful, surrounded by trees and green. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and it feels like a hunting lodge lost in time. I really liked the woody atmosphere and the terrace was ideal to enjoy the outdoors with delicious dishes. The staff was friendly and the kitchen is excellent. I highly recommend this place, for couples, adventurers and people who like places with an old style but with modern facilities. I would always go back.

Breakfast was really good. Near to the Sopron center, but not loud. There was a welcome drink of vine from the owner. Friendly host. We were the only guests.
