Staff in reception was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had wide viarity and everything was fresh and tasty. We could get free coffee in reception. Neighbourhood looked good, but Budapest is strange city - just across the street it looked like gheto, and across next street fine again. Shower in the living room was interesting experience.

The breakfast was very varied and plentiful. Quality food. Attention to detail. Very nice. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The location of the hotel is very central. Access to tram and metro within walking distance. The hotel staff was always smiling and helpful. It was a really good experience (and I can assure you that for work I stay in many hotels so I know "these things" very well).

Excellent accommodation in nice and clean hotel. Very nice and helpful personnel. Rich breakfasts. Very good location. And delicious Opera Gin Tonic in SFINX bar. And on top of this - beautiful Budapest with its history, architecture, museums, galleries and gastronomy.

The location is absolutely great, right next to any means of transport and all sorts of restaurants, right in the centre of Budapest. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, with modern decoration all throughout the hotel. The breakfast room is beautiful and the breakfast itself is varied and everything is delicious. The staff was very helpful and catered to our every need - we needed to leave for the airport before breakfast time and they were quick to offer a breakfast box for us to take with us.
