Nice and clean room with new furniture, renovated bathroom. Located in the city center. There was no balcony and no see view but due to this it was very quiet and comfortable. Parking place in front of the house. Very friendly staff.

Nice cosy hotel and not expensive. The owners are nice and very helpful. Rooms were clean and quite large for a hotel. Balcony overlooking a sizeable and well kept garden with pool surrounding the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Location is great, just a few metres from the beach and a few minutes by car from Toroni and Porto Koufo. There are also a couple good restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Hope to return next year

The hotel is very clean and very well decorated. It is a nice and cozy place with perfect location, just 2 minutes from the center, restaurants, taverns, bars and shops. Great and tasty breakfast. The hosts are very kind and willing to help and to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended this place and for sure we will be back.

The rooms were designed in a romantic style, looking better than in the photos, to be honest. Room was small but very functional. Our studio was facing the road, as the whole building is positioned as such, so you see the sea only from outside the balcony, on the side. You can easily reach the village center and the marina, but at the same time the area is quiet. We enjoyed the small beach near the hotel, which is literally 3 minutes away. Overall, very good value for money and the staff was very nice. We hac a complimentary breakfast in the first morning, which was a nice surprise

The rooms are very clean and the furniture is new. The location is great, it is 4-5 minutes away from the center of the city. Owners were helpful and easy to communicate with. There is a supermarket 2 minutes from accomodation. All of the beautiful beaches are in the radius of 30 km from Neos Marmaras so it is a great place to stay in Sithonia. Would highly recommend Kaplanis house for visitors, you will not be disappointed 😊

Lovely location, lovely and friendly helpful hosts. The room was very clean and comfortable. We hiked around and the trails are beautiful. The view is stunning. Breakfast is simple home made. Both Tania and her husband are very welcoming. WiFi is good.

The view from our room (on the second floor) was stunning! That is one of the biggest assets of the apartment, we thoroughly enjoyed the huge balcony overlooking the sunset, the sea, the olive groves, it's where we had our morning coffee and chilled wine in the evenings - just perfect. I have to mention, the cleaning lady was so sweet, came in every day, always smiling, such a lovely person. The establishment has a great location, you have the big pine trees, you have the olives trees all around and on the way to the nearest beach. The experience at the nearest unorganized beach was amazing. I'm back home but I can still sense the smell of pines and the sea. The whole estate looks like a little piece of paradise.
