Everything was clean, all the basic utensils were there. It was a great studio/room with everything anyone could need for a comfortable stay at Naxos. We felt so welcomed and at ease. It's a 10/15min walk to the center, but not hard to do. There's a supermarket just in front of the open air cinema and also a bus stop, so it's possible to ask the bus driver to stop there and it's just a 4min walk to the studio. We enjoyed so much our stay and Naxos that now I wish we stayed more than 2 days there.

Lovely staff who were always very helpful with every request and gave good recommendations about where to go and what to see. This location has the best views and is so picturesque! Lots of photo opportunities in the beautiful lanes leading down towards the port where there are heaps of restaurants, bars and shops. Easy bus rides to other beaches on the island. For those with lots of luggage or who may have mobility issues, just be aware there are quite a few steps to climb up to the hotel each day. All in all, a wonderful experience. Many thanks to Dimitri and all his wonderful staff for helping to make our stay a memorable one.

Everything about this hotel, the staff and owners is fabulous. Spotless clean, breakfast is homemade by Sophia and amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Rooms cleaned and towels changed every day. Perfect location, literally 30 steps from the hotel door to the fabulous St George Beach. Everything is within walking distance, the port, restaurants, shops, bus stops, supermarket, everything.

We liked absolutely everything about Panorama hotel. Tina met us at the harbour to escort us up to the hotel and she hugged us goodbye when we left. What a wonderful and caring hostess she is. Also housekeeping staff was kind and smiling all the time. We had the penthouse room with fantastic views over the old town, harbour and and Portara just beside the old castle. We recommend going there for a drink on the balcony. We also rented a buggy to explore the island and had a great day. All our six days in Naxos were just perfect.
