We got a very large attic room, which greatly exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean and the hospitality of the staff was exemplary. The ladies even noticed that our breakfast habits were different and they enriched the breakfast with small adjustments, which was very kind.

The location is perfect for all the Ioannina tourist attractions. Unusually for a town centre hotel, there is secure parking. The spa is small but offers excellent treatments plus a hammam and jacuzzi. All the staff are friendly and helpful.

The breakfast we had was the best we have had up till now. It had everything you can think of. There was an ubundance of food. I couldn't fault this Hotel. Our room was lovely and beds were comfortable. It is located a little out of Ioannina so it was so peaceful especially the view which looked over the lake. Very good communication with the owner Maria who was very helpful with everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and definitely would recommend.

In the center of the old city, a new renovated house became a warm and well designed hotel. From the moment we entered we felt as at home. The staff is great and helpful with everything. The room was very clean and we took the big one and enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was great with so many tasty food and such a variety.
