Everyone of the staff were friendly and nice but I would like to mention two of the workers there by name. Olga and Eirini were our highlight of our stay there. Me and my friend work in the hotel industry also and we know how guest experience is really important and two of them delivered it for sure. Eirini was super friendly and helpful as she served breakfast for the guests. Even she was busy to get the breakfast ready she managed to serve us some breakfast even tho we were a little early because we had to leave early to the airport.It meant a lot to us. And she was always so friendly to everybody also. And I am sure when I am back I am going to attend to her cooking classes. :) Olga was super friendly and helpful also with her tips and willingness to help and always have a nice word not just to us but other guests also. She is amazing at her job and I can tell that she is all about guests experience and she loves her job and her country. I loved learning more about Crete from her while I stayed there. I definitely got encouraged at my job also just to see her professionalism at her work. I definitely will come back and stay in Central City Hotel to meet with them again and learn more about Crete :)
