Mycket vänligt mottagande. Vi kom tidigt och hade svårt att hitta till hotellet med bil, fick låna telefonen och sedan ställa bagaget medan vi väntade på att rummet skulle bli klart. Det var mycket varmt och vi fick vatten gratis. Tips om restauranger och också om lämpliga utflykter. Väldigt bra frukost, dels buffé och även bordsservering av kaffe, juice och ägg enligt önskemål. Vi fick utan extra kostnad checka ut sent på avresedagen, mycket uppskattat!

Perfect location, fantastic view of the Cretan sea, and a clean, comfortable and spacious room. Within just 15 mins from the traditional city of Agios Nikolaos and close to the amazing sandy beaches of the area.. The owner of the property is a very kind person, giving us everyday advices where to go and what is worth visiting, so we got to see the best of the area. His generousity and kindness is special and made our stay unforgetable.

- smooth check-in since I did “pre-checkin” online/from the email they sent few days prior to my arrival. - Attentive, extremely friendly, very helpful and welcoming staff throughout the facility (at the reception; especially Mariana) at the bars & restaurants, the housekeepers as well) - Various fresh and tasty selection of food for breakfast. - I had a Private Dinner as a birthday surprise for my travel partner. It was an unforgettable experience of dining and cuisine with A View! (Special shout-out to Elena and team; Anton and the rest. Thank you) - It is a beautiful designed hotel but you can experience differently according to your preferences: swimming pool, private beach, beach lounge, water sport etc. I stayed at junior suite with shared pool; this is the best spot for privacy and to enjoy sunrise every morning. - Using apps and QR code makes it easier and convenient. - The room is always clean and they prep the bed for the nighttime. (A little detail makes you unique and special) - Second time visit : I truly appreciated the calmness, the mindfulness and warm Cretan hospitality. - I totally would recommend this resort and will come back again and again.

Amazing hotel with two private beaches towards the Mirabello Bay. It’s possible to snorkel directly from there in front of the hotel!! The bay is calm and perfect for swimming. The hotel as a 25 meter pool (also nice for swimming). The views from the hotel restaurants were amazing and the area just beautiful. Every 10 meters there was a possibility to relax on sunbeds directly at the water side in a very private way (even though it is a large hotel with many people). The area is very big around the hotel so that people would spread out. The diving centre attached to it was superb with possibilities to dive, rent a boat to snorkel (just for yourself) and much more. The food was delicious and can be served to the sunbeds with the hotel's own app (beer at the beach etc).

Practically, everything!!! The location is amazing, and the staff are cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had a mini bar. The bathroom was clean with , but might need . You are one minute from the beach and several restaurants and cafes, and a short distance to the shops and even more restaurants and cafes. The city itself is nice and cozy, and the people really friendly

Very cute boutique spot right near the water. The bathroom was quite small but as a solo traveller it was not at all an issue for me. The guy working at the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. Had great local suggestions for food and sites. Also he went above and beyond to make sure my delayed luggage was delivered to me.
